What this product is

GPI RB0606-2-100P-FBA-VA supplies 100 clear resealable bags made from all-virgin low density polyethylene. Each bag measures 15.24 cm by 15.24 cm below the zipper and is 2 mil thick. The material is food grade safe, non toxic, odorless and freezer safe. A lip at the opening makes the zip top easy to open and close repeatedly.

The specification that decides fit

The 15.24 cm square interior and 2 mil wall thickness determine whether the bag holds your portion size without tearing. Thicker 4 mil options exist for heavier items, while 1.5 mil versions suit lighter loads. Counts of 200, 500 and 1000 are also available if 100 pieces is too few or too many for the task.

Behaviour under sustained use

The airtight, waterproof and dustproof seal remains reliable after many open and close cycles thanks to the sturdy lockzip design. Freezer temperatures do not embrittle the polyethylene, so contents stay protected during long term cold storage. The clear finish allows quick visual identification without opening the bag.

Questions about this item

How much food can a 15.24 cm by 15.24 cm bag actually hold?

The internal dimensions below the zipper measure 15.24 cm wide by 15.24 cm high, giving a square footprint suited to single sandwiches, snack portions or small non‑food items.

Does the 2 mil thickness limit what I can store inside?

At 2 mil the polyethylene is rated freezer‑safe and waterproof, so it handles frozen foods and liquids, but sharp or heavy objects may puncture the lighter gauge.

Will the 0.1 cm depth allow the bags to stand upright on a shelf?

The 0.1 cm gusset means the bags lie flat; they do not self‑stand and are designed for stacking or drawer storage rather than upright display.
