The Graviton FX1N-20MR is a programmable logic controller built around an industrial-grade 32-bit MCU for strong anti-interference and stable performance. It operates on a 10 to 28 V DC supply and provides 12 input points plus 8 relay output points. The unit supports ladder logic programming via GX-Developer or GX-Works2 and includes a programming cable for upload, download, test and monitor tasks. It is designed for reusable control applications in industrial environments.

Upgrade from Basic Relay Logic

This controller replaces hard-wired relay panels and simple timer modules by offering 2000 steps of program memory with automatic save on power loss. The jump is worth it when a process requires on-line monitoring, stepper motor support or connection to a text screen for operator interface. It also adds one analog input and one analog output for basic process variable handling. Builders who need more than 2000 steps or additional I/O points should look at larger PLC frames.

Capacity and Headroom in Use

The 2000-step memory comfortably handles sequential machine control, simple motion profiles and data logging for small cells. Relay outputs switch up to 24 V DC or 220 V AC loads directly, while the 9600 baud programming port manages configuration and runtime diagnostics. Headroom runs out when an application demands high-speed closed-loop motion, multiple analog channels or Ethernet-based SCADA integration, none of which this model provides.
