Metallic Top Butt Bucket

The Great Lakes 00036 is a metallic ashtray designed for smokers who want a contained way to dispose of cigarette butts. It suits drivers, home users and office workers looking to keep ash and embers out of sight. The black finish fits discreetly in a cupholder or on a desk.

Odour containment and clean-up

The enclosed container reduces excess smoke and hides the smell of an ashtray between uses. Twisting off the lid gives full access for emptying and rinsing. The metallic construction withstands regular cleaning without retaining residue.

Sustained daily use

The bucket holds many finished cigarettes so it does not need emptying after every session. It handles cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco alike. The sealed lid keeps odours contained during long periods between clean-outs.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Great Lakes 00036 butt bucket in my car?

Place the bucket in a cup holder or on a flat surface; no mounting hardware is required, just ensure the lid twists on securely to contain smoke and odour.

What maintenance will the metallic bucket need over time?

Twist off the lid, empty the cooled butts, rinse or wipe the metal interior, then dry it before replacing the lid for continued odour control.

What limit appears first when the bucket is used heavily on a long trip?

The internal capacity fills with butts and ash, so you must empty it before the lid can close properly and keep smoke contained.
