Product identity

Green Man 78258 delivers BlazBlue Entropy Effect as a Steam download code for PC players who want a 2D action roguelite with deep combo building. The title released on 15 August 2023 from developer and publisher 91Act under the ARC SYSTEM WORKS licence.

Platform constraint

Activation requires a Steam account and a 64‑bit Windows 7 installation with an Intel Core i3 processor and 4 GB of RAM. The DRM is bound to Steam, so the game cannot be launched without the client and an internet connection for the initial unlock.

Deciding specification

The Legacy System lets you combine eight elements and over 200 upgrades to create unique combat reactions on every run. If you prefer a linear story campaign without procedural maps or permadeath mechanics, this design will not match that expectation.
