The Last Caretaker Steam download

The Last Caretaker is a downloadable PC game published and developed by Channel37 Ltd. It delivers a first-person survival-crafting adventure set on a drowned Earth where you restore lost systems and raise the last human seeds. Activation requires a Steam account and the supplied online game code.

64-bit Windows 10 requirements

The title runs on Windows 10 64-bit or later and requires a 64-bit processor. Minimum specifications call for a quad-core Intel or AMD processor at 3.2 GHz. As a digital download there are no physical cooling, noise or power considerations beyond the host computer.

Early Access survival-crafting build

The game enters Early Access on November 06 2025 so content and systems will evolve with player feedback. It suits players who want to scavenge, build, defend and launch humanity back to the stars. It does not suit buyers who want a finished, feature-complete release at launch.

Questions about this item

How do I install The Last Caretaker using the Steam code I receive?

Redeem the code in the Steam client, add the game to your library, then download and install it; the step users often miss is launching the game once after install to complete the first-time setup.

What ongoing updates or patches will this Early Access title require?

As an Early Access game, it will receive regular content and bug-fix updates through Steam; you only need to keep automatic updates enabled so each new build downloads in the background.

What hardware limit appears first during long play sessions?

The minimum spec calls for a quad-core 3.2 GHz processor and 64-bit Windows 10, so sustained CPU load is typically the first bottleneck on systems at the minimum requirement.
