1977 Plymouth Fury Hunter TV Model

This 1/24 scale diecast replica reproduces Sergeant Rick Hunter's unrestored turquoise Plymouth Fury from the 1984–1991 television series. It is aimed at adult collectors who want an officially licensed Hollywood Series piece with authentic movie decoration. The model arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging.

Limits of 1/24 Scale Detail

At 1/24 scale the model measures approximately nine inches long, 3.25 inches wide and 2.25 inches high, so interior switchgear and engine components are represented but not fully functional. Diecast metal construction with some plastic parts provides weight and rigidity while keeping small trim pieces durable. Chrome accents and real rubber tyres add realism without requiring maintenance.

Upgrade from Basic Toy Cars

Collectors moving up from mass-market toy vehicles will notice the opening front doors, detailed interior and exterior, and limited-edition numbering that basic lines omit. The jump is worth it when display accuracy and licensed authenticity matter more than play durability. The model does not suit buyers who need moving steering, working suspension or larger scales for diorama integration.
