6-Qt Electric Smart Skillet

The GreenPan CC005091001 is a 6-quart electric cooking pot with a die-cast aluminum inner pot and a cast-in heating element. Its Thermolon Volt ceramic nonstick interior is PFAS-free and designed for fast heat-up and easy food release. A digital control panel with LCD display provides manual control over time and temperature. Ten preset programs handle tasks such as stir-fry, rice, soup, steam and sear.

Home cooks wanting one appliance for multiple

This skillet suits households that regularly prepare stir-fries, sauces, grains, rice and soups and want preset programmes to simplify the process. The manual mode also allows experienced cooks to adjust settings on the fly. Buyers who need a larger capacity for batch cooking or who require a stovetop-compatible pan should look elsewhere.

Six-quart capacity handles family meals

The 6-quart volume comfortably accommodates family-sized portions of stews, pasta, roasts and multiple cups of rice. The wide temperature range supports high-heat searing through to a gentle warm setting. Very large gatherings or bulk meal-prep sessions may exceed the practical capacity of the single inner pot.

Questions about this item

What type of cooktop or surface must the buyer already have to operate the GreenPan CC005091001 6-Qt Electric Smart Skillet?

None. The unit plugs into a standard mains outlet and its cast-in heating element is built into the die-cast aluminium inner pot, so no separate cooktop is required.

Can the inner pot of the GreenPan CC005091001 be used on a gas or induction hob that the buyer may keep?

No. The inner pot contains the integrated heating element and is designed only for the supplied electric base; it is not suitable for gas, induction or any external heat source.

How does the buyer confirm the GreenPan CC005091001 is heating correctly after setup?

Select a preset such as Sear/Sauté on the digital control panel; the LCD will show the target temperature climbing and the indicator light will stay solid once the set point is reached.
