Countertop compost bags for food scrap collection

GreFusion 1.2-gallon compostable bags come in a 125-count pack sized for 0.75, 1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.6 and 1.8 gallon countertop bins. The cornstarch material lines small receptacles in kitchens, bathrooms and vehicles to keep bins clean while separating organic waste. They suit households that want a simple way to divert scraps from general refuse.

Certified compostable material breaks down

Bags meet BPI requirements under ASTM D6400 and OK Compost HOME standards for acceptance at professionally managed composting sites. The cornstarch construction holds wet coffee grounds and food waste without leaking during normal countertop storage. Disposal sends the entire bag into the compost stream where it degrades into soil amendment.

Pack quantity covers extended daily use

One hundred twenty-five bags supply a typical household for weeks of countertop collection before a replacement pack is needed. The count matches the 1.2-gallon capacity so users can line each fill without running short. No dispenser hardware or additive software accompanies the pack.

Questions about this item

How do I install these 1.2 gallon compostable bags in my countertop bin?

Open the pack, pull out one bag, and line your 0.75, 1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.6, or 1.8 gallon countertop bin; the step people miss is ensuring the bag edges fold over the rim so the bag stays seated when you add wet coffee grounds or food scraps.

What replacement will I need after I use the 125-count pack?

When the 125 bags are gone, buy another GreFusion 1.2-2.6pack (part SHLDTR-1.2-125) or choose the 2.6 gallon 100-count or 270-count packs if your bin is larger.

What limit appears first when I fill these cornstarch bags with wet kitchen waste daily?

The 1.2 gallon capacity fills quickly with heavy scraps, so you will hit the volume limit before the material strength gives out; certified to ASTM D6400 and EN13432, they hold liquid without leaking but must be swapped once full.
