Desktop without RAM — BYOR DDR5 system

This GRI gaming desktop ships with a Ryzen 7 9700X processor and a GeForce RTX 3060 12GB graphics card but leaves the DDR5 memory slots empty for you to populate. A 2TB NVMe drive and Windows 11 Pro are pre-installed, so the machine is ready to boot once you add compatible modules.

Check motherboard slots and power headroom

The B650M MATX board uses DDR5 slots only; confirm your modules match that generation and the board's supported speeds before ordering. The 750W power supply feeds the CPU, GPU and four 120mm ARGB fans, so verify your chosen RAM kit's voltage and any extra drives fit within that budget.

Suits builders who already own DDR5 kits

Buyers with compatible memory can reuse it and avoid paying for another kit. Anyone who needs a complete out-of-the-box system or prefers a smaller chassis should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the desktop ship with DDR5 memory installed or do I need to supply my own modules?

The system is sold as BYOR DDR5, meaning no memory modules are included; you must provide compatible DDR5 sticks yourself.

Is the Ryzen 7 9700X paired with the RTX 3060 12 GB a balanced combination for 1440p gaming?

The 8-core Ryzen 7 9700X and 12 GB RTX 3060 work well together for high-refresh 1080p and solid 1440p performance in most titles.

What does the 750 W power supply mean for future GPU upgrades?

A 750 W unit leaves headroom for a more powerful graphics card later, provided the new card's power connectors and length fit the case.
