Commercial Floor Mop Sink

The GRIDMANN GR27-MP1922 is a floor-mounted utility sink built for high-volume commercial environments such as kitchens, hospitals and schools. Its NSF certification confirms it meets public health standards for sanitation. The unit serves facilities that need a dedicated station for cleaning mops, buckets and large equipment.

Sustained Heavy-Duty Use

A 16-gauge #304 stainless steel bowl resists deformation and corrosion during continuous daily operation. The 18-gauge #304 stainless steel apron adds structural rigidity around the perimeter. Curved, angled corners at the basin bottom keep water moving toward the outlet, preventing standing pools during repeated fill-and-drain cycles.

Thermals Noise and Power

As a passive plumbing fixture the sink draws no electricity and produces no operational noise. The #304 stainless steel construction handles hot water without warping or discolouration. A supplied wall clip secures the unit to the wall, eliminating vibration or movement when heavy buckets are set inside.

Questions about this item

Does the 16-gauge #304 stainless steel bowl resist heat from hot mop water all day?

The 16-gauge #304 stainless steel bowl and 18-gauge #304 apron are built for commercial high-volume use and withstand continuous hot water without warping.

What plumbing parts must I already have to install the 3.5" copper drain basket?

You need a standard 3.5" drain pipe and P-trap; the included copper basket fits that opening and the wall clip secures the 19" x 22" x 12" unit to the floor.

Will the 16" x 19" x 8" deep bowl accept my existing 19" wide mop bucket?

Yes, the bowl measures 16" long by 19" wide, so a 19" wide bucket sits flush for easy filling and rinsing.
