Grote MicroNova LED Marker Light

The Grote 45303 MicroNova is an oval LED clearance marker light finished in amber polycarbonate. It mounts via a grommet and carries a hermetic lens-to-housing seal for moisture protection. The unit meets FMVSS 108 and SAE lens code PC for road-legal visibility.

Grommet mount with integrated Amp connector

Installation requires a standard grommet cut-out and the light plugs directly into the compatible 68580 electrical connector. The sealed polycarbonate housing removes the need for separate gaskets or silicone. A low .5 A draw leaves more circuit capacity for other RV lighting.

Clearance and side-marker duties on RVs and trailers

The amber LED provides the required PC-coded output for front or rear clearance positions. It is not a stop, tail or turn-signal lamp and does not replace those functions. Builders needing combination lamps or higher-output scene lighting will need separate fixtures.

Questions about this item

How much current does the 45303 draw at full output?

The MicroNova draws .5 A when illuminated, so sustained use stays at that level.

Does the sealed polycarbonate housing run hot or make noise during all-day operation?

LED technology produces minimal heat and no audible noise, and the hermetic lens-to-housing seal keeps moisture out during continuous running.

Which connector must I already have to plug this light in?

The light uses an integrated AMP connector compatible with Grote model 68580, so that pigtail or harness is required for installation.
