Grote MicroNova Clearance Lamp

The Grote 47963 is a new LED clearance marker lamp built for permanent mounting on commercial and utility vehicles. Its oval polycarbonate housing uses a hermetic lens-to-housing seal and a grommet mount to meet FMVSS 108 and SAE P2 standards for amber side identification.

Upgrade from incandescent markers

This lamp replaces older filament bulbs with a sealed LED assembly that draws .5 A and resists vibration-related burnout. The jump is worth it when a fleet needs longer service intervals and consistent amber output without the risk of broken filaments or corroded sockets.

Grommet installation notes
