Dual 120mm PWM cooler for AM4 AM5 LGA 1150 1200

This single-tower air cooler uses four heatpipes and two darkened 120mm PWM fans to handle mainstream desktop processors. It fits AMD AM4 and AM5 sockets plus Intel LGA 1150 1200 1700 and 1851 platforms. Builders who need liquid cooling or support for older sockets should look elsewhere.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

Dual PWM fans adjust speed to load so airflow scales with temperature without running at full tilt constantly. The darkened blades and four heatpipes move heat away from the CPU while keeping acoustic output low during typical workloads. Power draw stays modest because the fans draw only what the motherboard header supplies.

Questions about this item

How do I install the CR4S Plus on an AM5 socket, and which step do people often miss?

Mount the AM5 brackets onto the cooler base first, apply thermal paste, then secure the cooler to the motherboard backplate — many forget to remove the protective film from the cold plate before seating it.

What maintenance will the dual 120mm PWM fans need later?

Clean dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins every six months using compressed air; the PWM fans are sealed and do not require lubrication.
