Dual-connector USB-C and USB-A flash drive
This 256GB USB 3.2 Gen 1 drive has a reversible Type-C plug on one end and a USB 3.0 Type-A plug on the other. It lets you move files between OTG-capable Android phones, tablets and regular computers without cables or adapters. The drive is formatted exFAT out of the box and works plug-and-play with no driver install.
USB 3.2 Gen 1 speed ceiling and OTG requirement
Sequential reads reach up to 90MB/s and writes up to 30MB/s on the USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface, though real-world rates vary with host hardware and software. The Type-C connector only functions on devices that support USB On-The-Go, so phones without OTG cannot use that end of the drive.
Replaces separate Type-A and Type-C sticks
One drive replaces carrying two single-ended flash drives for mixed USB-A and USB-C environments. The step up is worthwhile when you regularly shuttle data between a computer with standard USB ports and a phone or tablet that only offers a Type-C OTG port.
