GSM Outdoors 85 Laptop Micro Case Orange 2 in 1 accessory

What this case protects

The GSM Outdoors 85 Laptop Micro Case is a waterproof hard-shell carrier built to shield a laptop or tablet from water, air and dust. It meets an IP72 rating and withstands continuous submersion up to three metres. High-impact polycarbonate construction and rust-proof hinges add durability for field use.

The spec that decides fit

The model designation 85 defines the internal cavity size, so only devices that match those dimensions will sit securely in the shock-absorbent padded liner. Buyers who need a larger or smaller compartment should choose a different case size.

Installing and common issues

Place the device in the liner, close the lid and engage the dual plastic keyed locks; the automatic pressure purge valve equalises internal pressure without user action. The only frequent problem is forcing a device that exceeds the 85 cavity, which prevents a proper seal and can damage the hinge.
