Fanless Mini Industrial PC

The GSM Outdoors fanless mini industrial PC is a compact desktop computer built around an Intel Core i7-5500U processor with two cores and four threads. It ships with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit pre-installed, 16GB of DDR3L RAM and a 256GB mSATA SSD. Intel HD Graphics 5500 drives dual monitors through HDMI and VGA ports for multi-display workflows.

Connectivity and expansion limits

Two Gigabit LAN ports provide wired networking, while four USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports handle peripherals. Two COM RS232 ports support legacy serial devices, and an internal 2.5 inch SATA bay allows storage expansion. The dual-band WiFi and 4G module support add wireless flexibility for industrial or edge deployments.

Pre-purchase checks

Verify that your serial equipment uses the RS232 standard on the two COM ports. Confirm that any additional storage you plan to install is a 2.5 inch SATA drive, as other form factors are not supported. Ensure your monitors accept HDMI or VGA input, since no other video outputs are present. Check that Windows 10 Pro meets your software licensing requirements.
