Solo tennis trainer for individual practice

The Gsycle Gsycle83ok7qgvzd set provides a fillable plastic base and a rubber elastic rope attached to a tennis ball. It is designed for unisex adult players who want to practise strokes alone in a garden, park or similar open space without a partner or ball machine.

Replaces the need for a ball feeder

The elastic rope stretches to approximately 1.2 m so the ball rebounds automatically after each hit. The jump is worth it when you have a flat outdoor area and want continuous rally repetition without bending down to retrieve balls after every shot.

Check that you have a level surface

The base measures 15 × 20 cm and weighs about 270 g empty; it must be filled through the injection valve to stay stable during play. Ensure you can supply water or sand and that the 6.3 cm ball seat suits the balls you intend to use.

Questions about this item

What base footprint do I need for the 15×20 cm trainer?

The base measures 15 by 20 cm (5.9 by 7.87 inches) and sits 5 cm tall, so a flat surface at least that large is required.

How do I fill the base and what step is often missed?

Open the injection valve and add water or sand until the base feels stable; the step people skip is checking that the valve is fully sealed so the filler does not leak during play.

When should I replace the 1.2 m elastic rope?

Replace the rubber rope when it no longer snaps the ball back the full 1.2 m stretch or shows cracks, cuts or permanent elongation.
