22-Inch IR Touch Overlay for Kiosks

This 22-inch infrared touch overlay fits a 16:10 display and adds multi-point interaction for kiosks, digital signage and interactive boards. The frame uses metal construction with 3 mm tempered glass for durability. It is designed to match only a 22-inch 16:10 panel and cannot be used on other sizes. Driver-free operation is provided for Windows, Android and Linux, while macOS works through HID support.

Passive Infrared Operation

The overlay uses infrared sensing that requires no active backlight or power-hungry components, so it adds negligible heat and draws minimal current from the USB connection. Anti-light-interference technology prevents drift even under direct sunlight. With no moving parts or fans, the unit runs silently in normal use. The USB interface supplies all required power without an external adapter.

Driver-Free OS Support and Mac HID

Windows 7, 8 and 10 plus Android and Linux recognise the overlay instantly without driver installation. macOS requires the supplied HID driver, obtainable by contacting the vendor. The package includes the overlay panel, tempered glass and USB cable; no calibration software or mounting brackets are bundled. Android TV boxes are not supported.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the 22 inch IR touch overlay on my monitor, and what alignment step causes problems?

The overlay only fits a 22 inch 16:10 display; match the outer frame dimensions exactly before securing the metal bezel, otherwise touch coordinates will drift.

What part of the 22 inch overlay will need replacement after extended public use?

The 3 mm anti-vandal tempered glass protects the IR sensors; only heavy impact that cracks the glass would require a full overlay swap.

Under continuous bright-light operation, which limit appears first on the 22 inch IR touch screen?

The anti-light-interference design prevents drift even in direct sunlight, so no accuracy limit is reached under normal sustained use.
