Guardian Single Head Drench Hose

This Guardian drench hose is a stand-alone safety device designed for countertop mounting in laboratory, industrial, or workplace environments. It provides immediate eye and face flushing for personnel exposed to hazardous materials. The unit includes a squeeze-handle activation that stays open once engaged, allowing hands-free operation during an emergency. Identification signage, an inspection tag, and all necessary mounting hardware are supplied for installation.

ANSI-Compliant 3.2 gpm Flow Rate

The hose delivers a maximum flow rate of 3.2 gallons per minute through a single spray head measuring 2 1/4 inches in diameter. This output is governed by the 3/8 inch male NPT inlet connection and the PVC hose construction rated for a burst strength of 275 psi. The countertop mount type fixes the unit position, limiting reach to the length of the hose assembly. Installation requires a compatible 3/8 inch NPT female water supply fitting at the point of use.

8 ft PVC Hose Reach and Capacity

The 8-foot hose length defines the operational radius from the fixed countertop base to the casualty. The gray PVC material and stay-open valve design support sustained flushing for the duration required by safety protocols. The single-head configuration suits individual use scenarios rather than simultaneous multiple casualties. The assembly includes the inspection tag for routine compliance verification but does not incorporate a mixing valve for temperature tempering.
