It uses the Intel Xe2 microarchitecture with 16 Xe cores and 2048 stream processors running at 1700 MHz. Sixteen gigabytes of GDDR6 memory on a 128-bit bus provide 224 GB/s bandwidth for multi-display and compute workloads. No external power connector is required.

Total board power is rated at 70 W and draws all current from the PCIe 5.0 slot. A turbo fan cooling system handles heat dissipation within the compact 167 × 69 × 18.4 mm frame. The low power target keeps acoustic output modest in typical office or rack environments. DirectX 12 Ultimate ray tracing and OpenGL 4.6 are supported within this envelope.

Three native 8K outputs
