A 12dBi directional panel antenna covering 850-960MHz with N-Type connector and 0.4m RG58 cable
The H-2 Technik panel operates across the 850MHz to 960MHz band with a 12dBi gain rating. Its directional radiation pattern and circular polarisation focus energy where it is needed. A 20dB front-to-rear ratio suppresses signals from behind the antenna. The 65° half-power beamwidth in both planes gives balanced coverage for UHF RFID or LoRa deployments.
The antenna is rated for continuous operation up to 50W input power. DC grounding provides a path for lightning-induced surges without active components. No moving parts or forced cooling are present, so acoustic output is zero. The specified operating range spans -40°C to +85°C, covering extreme outdoor environments.
A white F4B shell keeps weight to 0.85Kg while measuring 258mm x 258mm x 34mm. Four mounting holes on a 4x4 pattern accept the supplied bracket set for pole or wall attachment. The fixed 0.4m RG58 pigtail terminates in an N-Type female connector, limiting cable routing flexibility but ensuring a weatherproof junction at the feed point.

Use the included mounting set with the 4x4 mounting holes on a pole or wall; the step often missed is ensuring the N-Type female connector on the 0.4m RG58 cable is weather-sealed after tightening.
The RG58 feed cable and N-Type connector are the most exposed components; inspect the cable jacket for UV cracking and the connector for corrosion, especially after temperature cycles between -40°C and +85°C.
The antenna is rated for up to 50W input power; sustained operation at this level in high ambient temperatures near +85°C is the thermal limit that appears first.
