82mm Magnetic ND 1.8 Filter

The Haida NanoPro Magnetic ND 1.8 is a 6-stop neutral density filter designed for 82mm lens threads. It provides a 64x light reduction for long exposures or wide apertures in bright conditions. The magnetic mount allows rapid filter changes without threading. Photographers who need screw-on filters or step-up rings for smaller diameters cannot use this system.

Optical Glass With Hardened Nano Coating

The filter uses optical glass with a hardened top coat that resists water, oil, dust, fingerprints and scratches. Haida states the glass introduces no colour cast across the frame. The thin profile and low weight of around .8 oz combined minimise vignetting on wide-angle lenses. No thermal, noise or power specifications apply to this passive optical accessory.

Magnetic Adapter Ring And Stacking

The included adapter ring screws onto the lens and accepts conventional 82mm caps so it can stay mounted. Up to four Haida magnetic filters can be stacked for combined effects.
