What it is and who it's for

The Haida NanoPro MC 77mm filter is a neutral density glass filter designed for photographers who need to reduce light entering the lens by approximately three stops. Its Nano multicoating resists smudges, dirt and scratches so the glass stays clean during frequent outdoor use. The 77mm thread fits directly onto compatible lens barrels without an adapter ring.

Upgrading from lighter or uncoated filters

This 0.9 density filter replaces weaker ND filters when you require longer exposures in bright conditions for motion blur or wider apertures. The jump is worth it if your current filters attract fingerprints easily or show fine scratches that degrade image contrast over time. The hardened multicoating survives repeated cleaning better than standard single-layer coatings.

Check your lens thread and filter stack

Verify that your lens has a 77mm front thread before ordering; other diameters will not mount correctly.
