6-Quart Slow Cooker for Crowd Meals

The Hamilton Beach Stay or Go Sear & Cook 6 Quart Slow Cooker is a new countertop appliance built for households that regularly feed seven or more people. Its oval stoneware pot holds a six-quart volume suitable for a six-pound chicken or four-pound roast. The silver finish matches modern kitchen aesthetics.

Stovetop-Safe Removable Pot

The single specification that decides fit is the nonstick aluminum pot that works directly on gas, electric or ceramic stovetops and is oven safe. This lets you brown meat on the burner before switching to slow cooking without dirtying a second pan. If your recipes never require searing, a fixed-pot model may be simpler.

Clip-Tight Lid and 15 Heating Options

The clip-tight sealed lid locks onto the base to prevent spills during transport to potlucks or family gatherings. Fifteen heating options combine five time settings with high, low and warm temperatures, and automatic keep-warm activates when the cycle ends. Both pot and lid are dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
