Hamilton Beach 35073 fryer

11.6 Quart Digital Air Fryer Oven

The Hamilton Beach 35073 is an 11.6 quart digital air fryer oven designed for home cooks who want one appliance that can air fry, roast, bake, dehydrate and rotisserie. Its large capacity suits families or batch cooking, while eight one-touch presets handle common foods such as French fries, chicken, fish and vegetables without guesswork.

Manual control limits of 60 minutes and 400° F

Custom cooking is bounded by a maximum timer of 60 minutes and a top temperature of 400° F, so recipes that require longer slow roasts or higher heat for searing cannot be run unattended. The 1700 watt heater reaches temperature quickly, but the fixed ceiling means some artisan bread or high-heat pizza styles fall outside the programmable range.

Upgrade from single-function fryers or toaster ovens

This unit replaces a separate air fryer, toaster oven, dehydrator and rotisserie, freeing counter space and reducing appliance clutter. The jump is worth it when you regularly cook for several people and want presets for meat, seafood and produce, but it is not for kitchens that only need occasional single-batch frying or have no room for a 11.6 quart footprint.
