5 L Digital Air Fryer

The Hamilton Beach 35075 is a 5 litre digital air fryer that cooks with little to no oil. It suits households of four to six people who want crispy results without deep-frying. The 1700 W heater circulates hot air for faster cooking than a traditional oven. Its stainless steel exterior fits a countertop footprint of 13.35" high, 13.38" wide and 14.38" deep.

Installation and common issues

Place the unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface with clearance for the exhaust vent. Slide the nonstick basket into the drawer until it clicks, then select one of the eight one-touch presets or set the manual 60 minute timer and temperature. The most frequent issue is overfilling the basket, which blocks airflow and gives uneven browning. Forgetting to shake or turn food halfway through the cycle can also leave pale spots.

Sustained-load behaviour

During back-to-back batches the 1700 W element recovers temperature quickly, so consecutive loads cook in similar time to the first. The audible beep signals cycle completion even when the kitchen is busy. The nonstick coating releases food cleanly after repeated use, and the basket and drawer are dishwasher safe for simple cleanup. The stainless shell resists fingerprint smudges better than glossy plastic finishes.
