Blade coffee grinder for home use
The Hamilton Beach 80396C is a blade-style coffee grinder designed for home kitchens. It grinds enough beans to brew up to 14 cups in a single batch. A removable stainless steel chamber simplifies pouring grounds into a filter and makes cleanup straightforward. Hands-free operation starts with one press and stops automatically when grinding finishes.
Suited for drip and French press drinkers
This grinder suits households that brew drip coffee or French press and want a compact appliance with hidden cord storage. It includes a cleaning brush and offers five adjustable grind settings via a sliding lever. Buyers who need consistent fine powder for espresso should look at a burr grinder instead. The blade method produces a less uniform particle size than burr mechanisms.
14-cup blade capacity decides fit
The 14-cup capacity determines whether this model matches your typical brew volume. Blade grinding works well for automatic drip machines and manual pour-over setups. The removable chamber is dishwasher safe for easy maintenance. Dimensions of 8.00 height by 4.50 width by 4.70 depth inches help confirm counter space.

Questions about this item
How loud is the blade grinder when it runs through a full 14 cup cycle?
The blade motor runs for only the seconds needed to grind each batch and shuts off automatically, so daily noise exposure stays brief.
What power supply does the 80396C need to operate?
It plugs into a standard household outlet and stores its cord in the hidden compartment when not in use.
Will the removable stainless steel chamber fit inside my existing 4.5 inch deep cabinet space?
The unit measures 4.7 inches deep, so you need at least that much clearance plus room to lift the chamber out for pouring.
