Walldog Fastener Substrate Limits
Included Walldog anchorless fasteners drive directly into drywall or wood using only a handheld Phillips screwdriver. For brick, concrete or masonry a 3/16-inch pilot hole is required before driving the fastener. The system cannot be used on hollow cavity walls without a solid backing material.
Quick Install With Common Errors
One track mounts to the frame with supplied screws while the wall track fastens with the Walldogs; a built-in level helps alignment. The most frequent mistake is skipping the pilot hole in masonry, which strips the fastener. Over-tightening screws on the picture track can also bow the aluminium rail.
