Portable monitor link cable
This USB-C to USB-C cable is built for portable monitors and laptops that need a single-cord connection. It carries video, data and power simultaneously so a secondary display works without a separate charger. The 3.3 ft length suits desk setups and travel bags alike.
100W charging and 20Gbps data
The cable supports Power Delivery 3.0, Quick Charge 3.0 and Samsung AFC up to 5 A at 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V and 20V for 100W charging. Data moves at up to 20Gbps under USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 and falls back to USB 3.1, 3.0 and 2.0 when the host requires it.
Thunderbolt 3 drive requirement
Full 20Gbps transfer speed only activates when the connected device implements USB 3.2, such as a Thunderbolt 3 external SSD. Buyers whose gear tops out at USB 3.1 will see lower throughput and should check their host specification first.

Questions about this item
Will the USB-C connectors on this 3.3 ft cable wear out from daily plugging into a portable monitor?
The USB-C connectors are rated for thousands of insertion cycles, so daily connection to monitors like the ASUS ZenScreen or Lenovo models will not cause premature wear.
What limits the 20 Gbps data rate during a long file transfer to an external SSD?
The 20 Gbps ceiling is set by the USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 standard; both the host port and the SSD must support USB 3.2 to sustain that speed.
Does the cable get warm when delivering 100 W to a laptop all day?
The cable handles up to 5 A at 20 V for 100 W charging; normal operation stays within temperature limits, though the connectors may feel slightly warm during sustained maximum load.
