Shockdrop Case for Samsung Galaxy S4

The Hard Candy SDSAMS4BLK is a protective case designed specifically for the Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone. It provides drop protection through silicon shock-absorbing corners and a semi-rigid screen protector. The case suits users who want a durable, no-slip grip for daily handling.

Installation and Common Issues

The case wraps around the device with molded-in volume button indicators for tactile alignment. Rip-proof port covers are designed to stay attached and fit securely over openings. The thick semi-rigid screen protector adds bulk to the front profile which may affect touch sensitivity for some users.

Compatibility Check

Verify that the device is a Samsung Galaxy S4 before ordering as this case is model-specific. Ensure no existing screen protector is applied that could interfere with the semi-rigid front layer. Confirm that access to all ports and buttons matches the case cutouts for your specific carrier variant.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the 6 mm corner shock absorption is working after I fit the case on my Galaxy S4?

The four corners are 6 mm thick while the body tapers to 3 mm; press each corner and feel the firmer cushion compared with the slimmer sides to confirm the shock-absorbing layer is seated correctly.

What comes in the box and what must I purchase separately for the SDSAMS4BLK?

The package includes the shock-drop case with molded-in volume indicators, rip-proof port covers and a semi-rigid screen protector; the Samsung Galaxy S4 phone itself is not included and must be bought separately.

Which version of the Pro Sound case should I choose for a Samsung Galaxy S4?

The SDSAMS4BLK is the single model built specifically for the Galaxy S4, so select this version for an exact fit with the no-slip grip texture and aligned port covers.
