Active Memory Game for Ages 8+

The Hasbro Simon Jump Game Mat model 28413 turns the classic electronic memory challenge into a full-body activity. Players watch a sequence of lights and sounds on the console, then reproduce the pattern by stepping on the responsive floor mat. It is designed for children aged eight and up who enjoy active, screen-free play.

Simple Setup With Battery Attention

The unit arrives as a single piece with no assembly required; just insert three AA zinc-carbon batteries into the console and press start. The only common stumbling point is forgetting that batteries are not included, so have a fresh set ready before the first game session. A multilingual manual in English and Spanish guides the initial steps.

Consistent Response During Extended Play

The mat registers foot presses reliably across repeated rounds, and the console maintains its light and sound cues without lag as scores climb. Because the game runs on standard AA cells, performance stays steady until the batteries deplete, at which point responsiveness drops evenly rather than cutting out mid-sequence.

Questions about this item

How do I know the Simon Jump Game Mat 28413 is working correctly after I turn it on?

Turn the console on and press start; a sequence of coloured lights and sounds will play, then the responsive floor mat registers each step so you can match the pattern and try to beat the high score.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The box includes one Simon Jump Game Mat (model 28413) and the console unit; three AA zinc-carbon batteries (69 g total) are required but not supplied, and additional mats for multiplayer tournaments are sold separately.

Which version or capacity of the Simon Jump Game Mat should I choose?

Only model 28413 is offered — a single medium-sized mat in multicolour plastic with English and Spanish manuals, designed for ages 8 and up, so there are no alternative capacities or versions to select.
