A 48 V, 12 cm server chassis fan with two ball bearings and a four-wire PWM interface
This 48-volt 12-centimetre fan is built for Sanyo 12038 model 109r1248h1031 server chassis cooling. It suits technicians who need a direct replacement for that specific part number in rackmount or pedestal servers.
The four-wire interface supports PWM intelligent temperature control and speed measurement. Operating voltage ranges from 7.0 to 13.4 volts, so the fan will not start reliably below 7.0 volts and must not exceed 13.4 volts.
A double ball bearing and plastic heatsink material give a rated life of 70000 hours. The 40 by 40 by 28 millimetre frame with four mounting lines fits standard 40-millimetre cut-outs, while 54 dB noise at 18000 RPM suits high-airflow roles rather than quiet workstations.
