An 80 mm AC cooling fan rated for 220 V and 240 V at 50/60 Hz with dual ball bearings for server cases and cabinets
The Haywards 80mm AC fan runs on 220V or 240V mains power at 50Hz or 60Hz. It is built for server cases and cabinets that need direct AC airflow without a separate power supply. The 8025 frame measures 80 by 80 by 25 millimetres and uses a dual ball bearing for long service life. It suits installers who want a simple drop-in replacement for existing AC fan mounts.
The fan spins at up to 18000 RPM with a tolerance of ten percent and moves 19.4 CFM of air. Radiator noise is rated at 54 dB under load. Dual ball bearings reduce friction and help the unit reach a rated life of 70000 operating hours. The four-wire interface supports PWM intelligent temperature control and speed measurement for automatic adjustment.
The 4-pin power interface connects directly to compatible server or cabinet headers. Plastic housing keeps weight low and eases mounting in standard 80mm cut-outs. CE certification confirms compliance for European installations. Buyers who need a 12V DC fan or a smaller 40mm form factor should look elsewhere.

Mount the 80×80×25 mm frame in the case cut-out, then connect the 4-pin plug so the PWM wire engages; skipping the fourth pin leaves the fan at full 18000 RPM without speed control.
The sealed two ball bearings require no lubrication; only periodic dust removal from the plastic blades and heatsink area is needed to maintain the 19.4 CFM airflow.
The 54 dB radiator noise is present from start-up at full 18000 RPM, so acoustic limits are reached immediately rather than after a thermal soak period.
