Haywards 80mm DC24V Inverter Fan

The Haywards 80mm inverter fan runs on 24V DC at 0.13A and is built for audio and video accessory installations. It uses a two-ball bearing and a four-wire PWM interface for speed control. The unit is new and CE certified.

Suits 24V Systems With PWM Control

This fan suits builders who need a 24V DC cooling device with PWM intelligent temperature control and a four-pin connector. It is not for systems that only provide 12V rails or three-pin voltage control. Buyers who need a 40mm form factor should look elsewhere.

24V DC 0.13A Four-Pin PWM Specification

The decisive specification is the 24V DC 0.13A rating combined with a four-pin PWM interface. The fan operates between 7.0 and 13.4V with a maximum speed of 18000RPM±10% and 54 dB noise. Verify that your power source and header match these electrical requirements.

Questions about this item

What mounting holes does the 80 mm frame use for a computer case?

The 80 mm frame follows standard 80 mm fan mounting spacing for computer cases.

How do I connect the 4-pin power interface to the inverter board?

Align the 4-pin connector key with the header and press straight in; the PWM wire enables speed control.

When should the two ball bearing assembly be replaced?

Rated life is 70000 hours; plan replacement when noise rises above 54 dB or speed drops below 18000 RPM.
