Small square 40mm black plastic cooling fan with four wires and transparent blades

Haywards

Haywards BKO-C2461H04 MMF-06D24DS FC1 6025 DC 24V 0.09A server inverter fan

SKU CH-H443-WFV97

A 40 mm 24 V DC server inverter fan with two ball bearings and PWM speed control

  • 24 V DC operation fits server inverter builds
  • 09 A draw keeps power consumption low
  • 40 mm frame matches standard case mounting
  • 18000 RPM peak speed moves 19.4 CFM airflow
  • Double ball bearing rated for 70000 hours life

Purpose and fit

This 40 mm DC fan is built for computer cases that need a 12 V four-wire PWM connection. It suits builders who want intelligent temperature control and speed monitoring in a compact frame.

Upgrade path

It replaces a three-wire or two-wire fan of the same 40×40×28 mm footprint when the motherboard header supports PWM. The jump is worth it if you need automatic speed scaling between 7.0 V and 13.4 V rather than fixed voltage operation.

Sustained behaviour

Double ball bearings and a 70000 hour life rating support continuous running at up to 18000 RPM. Noise settles around 54 dB while airflow holds at 19.4 CFM under constant load.

Questions about this item

What mounting hole spacing does the 40×40×28 mm frame require?

The fan measures 40 mm square and 28 mm thick, so it fits the standard 40 mm fan mount pattern used in many computer cases.

Which pins on the 4-wire interface carry power and PWM control?

The 4-pin connector supplies 12 V on two lines, ground on a third, and the fourth carries the PWM signal for intelligent temperature control.

When should the double ball bearing assembly be replaced?

The bearing is rated for 70000 hours of operation; plan replacement once the fan approaches that runtime or if noise rises above the specified 54 dB.
