Haywards U7556KX-TP 15055 industrial cooling fan

This Haywards blower is built for computer-case cooling where high airflow is required. It suits system integrators and enthusiasts assembling compact workstations or servers that demand aggressive thermal management. The all-metal frame and dual ball-bearing construction target continuous-duty environments rather than occasional use.

Sustained-load behaviour with 18000 RPM ceiling

At the 18000 RPM upper limit the fan moves 19.4 CFM while producing 54 dB of radiator noise. The double ball bearing and 70000-hour life rating indicate consistent performance during prolonged operation. PWM intelligent temperature control adjusts speed automatically between 7.0 V and 13.4 V to match thermal load without manual intervention.

Practical limits of the 4-wire 12 V interface

The four-pin power interface accepts 7.0-13.4 V operating voltage and draws up to 1 A at 12 W maximum. Speed measurement feedback is provided through the fourth wire for closed-loop control. The 40×40×28 mm footprint and plastic heatsink material restrict mounting to spaces that accommodate this exact form factor.

Questions about this item

How loud is the 18000 RPM fan when it runs continuously?

The manufacturer rates radiator noise at 54 dB and notes that the high speed produces noticeable noise, so consider the environment before installing.

What power connector must my system provide for the 4-pin interface?

The fan uses a 4-wire interface with a 4-pin power connector, requiring a compatible header on your motherboard or controller.

Will the 40×40×28 mm dimensions fit the mounting holes on my older computer case?

The fan measures 40 mm by 40 mm by 28 mm, so verify that your case has matching 40 mm mounting points before purchase.
