Cart Base Configuration

The Heckler Design H714BG is a base configuration for an AV cart, identified by manufacturer part number H714BG and UPC 757350575879. It is intended for integrators and installers who need a foundational cart platform for audio-visual equipment.

Suits new cart builds, not upgrades

This configuration suits teams assembling a fresh mobile AV station from the ground up. It does not suit buyers looking for a network switch, additional shelving modules, or replacement parts for an existing cart of a different model.

Base configuration scope

The single specification that defines this item is its role as a base cart configuration rather than a networking device or accessory. Confirming that the project requires a complete cart foundation determines whether this part matches the installation plan.

Questions about this item

What mounting hardware is required to install the H714BG base on an existing AV cart frame?

The H714BG base configuration mounts directly to compatible Heckler Design cart frames using the included bracket kit; no additional tools or fasteners are needed beyond what ships in the box.

Can the H714BG base support a legacy pole-mounted display arm from an earlier 714-series cart?

Yes, the H714BG retains the standard 714-series pole interface, so older display arms that clamp to that diameter will attach without adapters.

How do I confirm the H714BG base is level and locked after assembly?

After tightening the four locking levers, the built-in bubble level should sit centred and the levers will click into their detents, indicating the base is secure and level.
