The HEEYCEM handheld fan weighs 140g and uses a three-phase brushless motor to reach 20000 RPM with airflow up to 8.5 m/s. It folds into three modes — handheld, desktop, and neckband — and rotates 90° for directional cooling. A digital display shows the exact speed level and remaining battery charge.

Check Power Needs and Mounting Style

The unit runs on 5 volts and draws 5 watts from its internal battery, recharged via the included USB cable. No installation is required, but verify you have a standard USB power source for recharging between uses. The 44-inch blade span specification applies to the product category and does not reflect the actual compact turbine diameter.

Replaces Basic Single-Speed Hand Fans

This model upgrades from fixed low, medium, and high settings to 199 stepless speed levels and adds a real-time battery indicator. The jump is worth it when you need precise airflow control, longer runtime up to 12 hours, and a single device that covers hand-held, neck-worn, and desk-top use without carrying multiple gadgets.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy a charger or power bank separately?

The package includes the fan, a lanyard, a USB data cable and an instruction manual. A USB power source such as a charger or power bank is not included and must be provided separately.

How do I decide between the 1 and 199 speed settings for my needs?

The fan offers stepless control from level 1 to 199, so you can choose any setting in that range. Lower levels give a gentle breeze while higher levels deliver the maximum 8.5 m/s airflow.

What does the 20000 RPM rating mean for actual cooling when I use it?

The 20000 RPM brushless motor with six blades produces up to 8.5 m/s airflow, which the maker says is three times stronger than a typical handheld fan, and the 0-90° rotation lets you direct that airflow precisely.
