Product Identity

The Henjjras HJ-Z1738WH is a large white oblate paper lampshade measuring 555 mm (21.85 in) in diameter and 317 mm (12.48 in) high. It is constructed from hand-pasted cotton paper over a rigid steel-wire frame and ships folded flat in individual packaging.

Who It Suits

This shade suits buyers who want a lightweight, minimalist ceiling diffuser for a spacious living room, study or event space and who are comfortable sourcing their own bulb and wiring. It is not for buyers who need a complete wired fixture, an outdoor-rated shade or a moisture-resistant material.

Installation Notes

The foldable wire frame pops open in seconds and mounts to a standard ceiling pendant; no tools are required beyond the existing hook or canopy. The only common issue is paper damage if the shade is stored or used in damp conditions.

Questions about this item

What type of ceiling fitting do I need to hang this 21.85 in paper shade?

The shade has a steel wire frame designed for ceiling mount installation; you will need a compatible pendant light kit or ceiling rose with a cord grip that accepts the frame's opening.

Will the 12.48 in height clear my existing low-hanging beam?

The shade measures 12.48 in tall, so measure from your ceiling to the beam; if the drop is greater than 12.48 in the shade will clear it.

How can I confirm the 555 mm diameter is fully expanded after unfolding?

Unfold the shade completely and measure across the widest point; it should read 555 mm (21.85 in) when the steel wire frame is fully seated.
