OTG cable for Android and USB-C laptops
This 18 cm USB-C male to USB 3.0 female OTG cable connects Android devices with OTG support to USB-A peripherals such as flash drives, keyboards, mice and card readers. It also adds a standard USB-A port to USB-C laptops for plug-and-play accessory use. No drivers are required. The adapter is intended for data transfer and is not recommended for charging.
USB 3.0 speed and aluminium connectors
The USB 3.0 interface supports data rates up to 5 Gbps, which is 10 times faster than USB 2.0. Aluminium connector casings provide greater durability than common plastic alternatives. The short 18 cm (7.1 inch) length keeps the setup compact and portable.
Portable build for everyday carry
The 18 cm cable and aluminium connectors make the adapter easy to slip into a pocket or bag for on-the-go use. Plug-and-play operation means it works immediately with supported Android phones, tablets and USB-C laptops. Buyers who need longer reach or charging capability should look for a different cable.

Questions about this item
Will the aluminum connectors need any special care or replacement over time?
The aluminum casings on both ends are built for durability and resist everyday wear; no maintenance is required beyond keeping the ports clean.
What speed limit appears first when transferring large files continuously?
The cable tops out at USB 3.0’s 5 Gbps, so sustained writes will hit that ceiling before any other bottleneck.
Does the 18 cm cable get warm or draw extra power during all-day use?
It is a passive 18 cm link with no active electronics, so it adds no measurable heat or power draw during extended sessions.
