What it is

HGD colour-changing fireplace packets come in a six-pack of stone-based sachets. Toss one into any wood fire and the flames shift through red, blue and green tones. The product is sold new and suits indoor hearths, outdoor fire pits or campfires.

Behaviour over time

Each packet burns for a single session, delivering the colour effect while the fuel lasts. Larger 12, 25, 30 and 50-count packs are available for longer or more frequent use. The stone material produces no smoke or residue beyond the normal wood ash.

Pack quantity decides suitability

The six-pack size fits occasional evenings or a weekend trip. Households that light fires several times a week will need the higher-count options. Buyers who want a reusable colour system rather than single-use sachets should look elsewhere.
