Compact Handbag-Style Stool

The HILIMSE MIMO-FS folds into a shoulder-strap pouch measuring 9.0 x 9.8 x 7.8 in. A stainless-steel frame supports up to 220 lbs for stable seating on grass or gravel. It suits campers, anglers and festival-goers who need a seat that disappears into a pack.

Upgrade From Bulkier Seats

Replaces heavy folding chairs that demand trunk space and two-handed carries. The jump is worth it when every ounce counts on a backpacking trip or when a quick rest is needed in a queue. Buyers who need a backrest or a wider stance should look elsewhere.

Tool-Free Setup In Seconds

Pull the frame, rotate 180° and the stool locks open without tools. The D-shaped carabiner and mesh pocket keep keys or a phone within reach. The only common snag is forcing the hinge before the tubes align fully — let the mechanism seat itself.

Questions about this item

What are the folded dimensions of the Grey HILIMSE MIMO-FS stool?

The stool measures 9.0 in x 9.8 in x 7.8 in when folded, matching the compact handbag style for easy storage.

How do I unfold the stool correctly, and what step is often missed?

Pull the frame, then rotate the connecting pipe 180 degrees; skipping the rotation prevents the seat from locking securely.

When should I replace the mesh storage bag or carabiner on this stool?

Replace the mesh bag if tears appear or the carabiner if the gate no longer springs shut, as both secure essentials during use.
