Compact pedal trainer for home and office

The himaly X1368 mini exercise bike fits under a desk and weighs 7.6 pounds so it can be moved between rooms without effort. It provides eight manual resistance levels that let users adjust intensity for gentle rehabilitation or a stronger cardio session. The unit supports both arm and leg workouts for a full-body routine.

Plastic frame with anti-slip pedals and non-slip

The all-plastic construction keeps the trainer light at 3.9 kilograms while the textured pedals and rubberised feet stay planted on smooth floors during use. A simple knob on the frame changes resistance without tools and the pedals tighten with standard threads on the right and reverse threads on the left. Assembly takes only a few minutes with the included hardware.

LCD console shows time count calories distance

The built-in display cycles through workout metrics automatically in scan mode so progress is visible at a glance. All measurements use metres for distance and the screen runs on the unit's corded electric power source. This single readout is the main feedback tool for tracking daily activity.
