Kid-friendly instant print camera

The HiMont KC02 is a compact instant-print camera designed for children aged three to fourteen. It combines a 2.4-inch colour screen with thermal printing that needs no ink cartridges. A 32 GB memory card and three rolls of print paper are included in the box so shooting can start straight away.

Ready to shoot with minimal setup

The camera runs on a built-in lithium-polymer battery and weighs about 40 grams, making it light enough for small hands. Thermal printing means there are no toner refills to buy, and the two built-in modes — dot-matrix and greyscale — work with the supplied paper rolls. The 32 GB card stores photos and 1080P video clips without extra media.

Suits young creators who want instant results

Children who enjoy drawing on printed photos or using cartoon frames and filters will find plenty of creative options. The simple controls also support music playback and five puzzle games for downtime. Buyers who need interchangeable lenses, manual exposure controls or wireless image transfer should look at more advanced cameras.

Questions about this item

How many photos can the 32 GB card hold before it fills up during a long day of shooting?

The included 32 GB card stores thousands of photos and 1080P video clips, so a full day of shooting rarely fills it.

Does the camera get hot or loud when the thermal printer runs continuously?

The thermal printer stays cool and quiet; the 40 g body barely warms up even after several prints in a row.

What must I already have to start printing the moment I open the box?

Nothing extra — the kit ships with the camera, a 32 GB card and three paper rolls ready to print.
