Wireless freedom for gamers

This Hitoor gaming mouse uses a 2.4 GHz USB receiver to deliver cable-free control up to 10 metres away. The plug-and-play design needs no driver installation on supported systems. An ergonomic ABS shell and six programmable buttons suit extended gaming or work sessions. A built-in 600 mAh lithium cell recharges via the supplied USB cable.

Check your ports and OS first

Verify that your computer has a free USB-A port for the 2.4 GHz receiver before ordering. The supplier lists compatibility with Windows 98, Me, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 and Mac OS 7 or later. No Bluetooth option exists, so machines without USB-A will need an adapter. The charging cable is for power only and cannot switch the mouse to wired mode.

Seven colours tied to DPI steps

The mouse cycles through seven backlight colours automatically as you change DPI between 800, 1200, 1600 and 2400 settings. A bottom switch offers three power states: on, off, or on with lighting enabled. After eight minutes of inactivity the mouse enters sleep mode to extend battery life. The 50 cm USB cable and printed manual complete the bundle.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the Hitoor mouse and do I need to buy anything extra to start using it?

The box contains the mouse, a 50 cm USB charging cable and a user manual. A 2.4 GHz USB receiver is included for wireless use; no driver or extra accessory is required.

Which DPI step should I pick — 800, 1200, 1600 or 2400 — for general gaming?

The mouse cycles through four fixed DPI levels: 800, 1200, 1600 and 2400. Each press of the DPI button changes the level and the matching back-lit colour, so you can switch on the fly.

How far can I sit from my PC with the 2.4 GHz receiver and still have a stable link?

The wireless range reaches approximately 10 metres (about 30 ft) with virtually no delays or drop-outs, so you can game from across a typical room.
