AC1300 USB 3.0 adapter for desktop and laptop

The Hitoor 6B35 adds dual-band Wi-Fi 5 to a PC through a USB 3.0 port. It reaches 1300Mbps combined link rate and works with Windows 11 down to XP plus Mac OS 10.9 through 10.15. Two external 5dBi antennas ship in the box for adjustable placement.

Sustained throughput on 5.8 GHz and 2.4 GHz bands

The 5.8 GHz radio tops out at 867Mbps for high-bandwidth tasks such as HD streaming or large downloads. The 2.4 GHz radio delivers up to 400Mbps for everyday browsing and light media. Both radios share the USB 3.0 bus, so continuous heavy traffic stays within that interface limit.

Check OS version and free USB port before ordering

You need a spare USB 3.0 socket and a supported operating system from the supplied list. The adapter includes a driver CD; if your machine lacks an optical drive you must obtain the driver another way. No internal antenna headers or PCIe slots are used.

Questions about this item

Does the adapter get hot or draw much power when running continuously?

The RF power peaks at 14 dBm on 2.4 GHz and 12 dBm on 5.8 GHz, so heat output stays low during all-day use.

What operating system must my computer already run for this adapter to work?

Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP or Mac OS 10.9 through 10.15 are supported out of the box.

Will the USB 3.0 interface work properly on my older USB 2.0 ports?

Yes, the adapter is backward-compatible with USB 2.0, though maximum throughput drops to the 2.0 bus limit.
