Ultra-Wide 34-Inch Curved Gaming Monitor

The HKC CG345UK is a 34-inch VA panel built for gamers and creators who want an immersive 21:9 field of view. Its 1500R curvature wraps the 3440 x 1440 resolution around the user for wider peripheral vision in games and more horizontal timeline space in editing workflows. The open-box unit delivers the same factory specifications as a sealed model.

240Hz Refresh Rate With 1ms DIC Response

The single specification that decides suitability is the 240Hz maximum refresh rate paired with a 1ms DIC response time. This combination targets competitive players who need minimal motion blur and tear-free motion at high frame rates. Buyers whose graphics hardware cannot sustain high frame rates at 3440 x 1440 will not benefit from the panel's speed.

Bundled Cables Enable Immediate DisplayPort 1.4

The package includes a 1.5m DisplayPort 1.4 cable, a 1.5m power cable and a 1.2m adapter so the monitor can run at its full 240Hz refresh rate straight from the box. The height-adjustable stand offers 110mm of travel plus tilt, swivel and pivot, while VESA 75x75 compatibility allows wall or arm mounting if the desk stand is not required.

Questions about this item

How does the 240Hz refresh rate feel in actual gameplay on this 34" curved VA panel?

The 240Hz panel paired with 1ms DIC response time delivers ultra-smooth motion on the 3440 x 1440 resolution, reducing blur during fast competitive scenes while the 1500R curvature keeps edges equidistant for immersive viewing.

What bandwidth limits do the HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 ports impose on 3440 x 1440 at 240Hz?

DisplayPort 1.4 supports the full 240Hz at native 3440 x 1440 with 10-bit colour; each HDMI 2.1 port also handles that resolution and refresh rate, so consoles or PCs can reach the monitor's peak without chroma subsampling.

How much desk depth and VESA clearance does the 1500R curved cabinet need with the height-adjustable stand?

The monitor measures 808.60mm wide, 362.50mm high and 119.58mm deep; the stand raises 0-110mm, tilts -5° to 20°, swivels ±30°, pivots ±30°, and the 75 x 75mm VESA mount sits centred for arm or wall installation.
