System configuration

The Hoengager gaming desktop combines an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D eight-core processor at 4.2 GHz with a GeForce RTX 5070 12GB graphics card. Thirty-two gigabytes of DDR5 memory and a three-terabyte solid-state drive split across 1TB PCIe and 2TB SATA volumes complete the core specification. A 240mm RGB AIO liquid cooler and an 850W 80PLUS power supply handle thermal and electrical demands.

Buyer fit

This system suits players who want high frame rates at 1440p and creators who rely on the large 96MB L3 cache for cache-sensitive workloads. Buyers who need more than 32GB of memory or additional drive bays for extra storage should look elsewhere. The two memory slots are fully populated, so expansion requires module replacement rather than simple addition.

Deciding specification

The RTX 5070 12GB video memory capacity determines whether this desktop meets your texture and resolution targets. If your workflow or preferred titles regularly exceed 12GB of VRAM, this configuration will become a bottleneck regardless of the processor or system memory.

Questions about this item

Will the 350 mm by 280 mm by 375 mm case fit on my desk shelf?

The system measures 350 mm wide, 280 mm deep and 375 mm high, so check your shelf clearance against those dimensions.

How is the 240 mm AIO liquid cooler mounted, and what step do builders often miss?

The 240 mm radiator attaches to the case fan mounts; the step many miss is orienting the tubes at the bottom of the radiator to prevent air bubbles in the pump.

When will the 850 W power supply need replacement?

A quality 850 W unit typically lasts seven to ten years; plan to swap it if you hear coil whine, see random shutdowns under load, or upgrade to a significantly higher-wattage GPU.
