The HOFFMAN CW1 is a carbon steel wall-mount enclosure rated NEMA 4, 12 and 13 with an IP66 rating. It is built for industrial environments that require protection against dust, water and oil ingress.

The interior accommodates the included 32FK16 panel and standard DIN-rail components. The 14/16/18 gauge steel construction provides structural rigidity, while the 1/4-turn latch with screwdriver slot secures the solid cover. Polyurethane gasketing maintains the seal under vibration and thermal cycling.

Replaces older NEMA 1

Upgrading is worthwhile when the installation moves outdoors or into wash-down zones where IP66 is required. It is not suited for applications needing a clear cover, sub-panel larger than the supplied 32FK16, or hinge-less cover removal.
