Purpose-built power adapter
The Hollyland V-Mount Battery Plate replaces the original dual L-series plate on the Pyro 7 transceiver/monitor. It accepts a single V-mount battery to deliver continuous power during operation. This accessory is designed for camera crews and field technicians who need reliable uptime away from mains electricity.
Integration and trade-offs
The plate mounts directly to the rear of the monitor, swapping the factory L-series interface for a V-mount connection. It frees the operator from carrying multiple smaller batteries and removes the need for AC adapters on location. The change means L-series batteries can no longer be used without reverting to the original plate.
Voltage window and runtime
The unit supplies a 10-18V output range compatible with the Pyro 7 power requirements. Runtime scales with the capacity of the V-mount battery chosen, so larger packs extend shooting time accordingly. It does not regulate voltage outside the stated window or provide pass-through charging for the attached battery.

Questions about this item
How long will a V-mount battery run the Pyro 7 on a full day of shooting?
Runtime depends on the capacity of the V-mount battery you attach; the plate simply passes 10-18V power from that battery to the Pyro 7.
Does the plate add fan noise or heat when the Pyro 7 runs all day?
The plate has no fan or active electronics, so it adds no audible noise or measurable heat during continuous operation.
Which specific V-mount batteries are compatible with this plate?
Any standard V-mount battery that delivers 10-18V output will work; the plate accepts the industry-standard V-mount interface.
